New contract win for SACO, Dalston

27th March 2019

We have recently signed a £15.5m deal with SACO, as part of their Locke boutique brand, for the construction of 121 rooms in a new aparthotel in Dalston. The works include the demolition of the current Tesco store as well as the shell for a Frankie and Bennies and a microbrewery for the Craft Beer Company. A part basement will be constructed with contiguous piling and concrete frame stretching up to the fifth floor, with a mix of masonry and aluminium cladding wrapping the building. The build period is 74 weeks.

We feel extremely privileged to have been awarded the contract to deliver the scheme in Dalston for an exciting new client SACO and look forward to working with their team to deliver what will be our first aparthotel project. We’ll bring through the same techniques and principles that have served us well in successfully delivering high quality products in the Student and Office sectors over the years, with the focus as always on working hand in hand with our client to produce a fantastic building on programme.”
