This impressive development for long-standing client Workspace comprised construction of a part five and part six storey commercial office building, creating 98 modern office, workshop and studio spaces for local businesses in the heart of the Hoxton district.

Brickfields was constructed with a steel frame structure, recycling part of the existing building foundations and with pre-cast concrete floors and brick cladding. Designed with an industrial theme, additional facilities included The Kiln Café, breakout spaces, themed meeting rooms and a Club Workspace co-working lounge.

A large, central atrium provides an open environment for informal meetings, networking and hosting events.
