Minavil House is an impressive structure in the heart of Alperton. A regeneration development, the works comprise demolition of a commercial building and delivery of a modern, mixed used scheme including a 27-storey residential block, affordable workspaces, retail units, supermarket and car parking facilities. The project delivers 251 new affordable homes comprising 219 shared ownership and 32 rented.

The build is an RC frame with a breathable rain screen façade using CEMBRIT cementitious fibre board (fire resistant cladding) and mineral wool cavity insulation. The team have generated a number of value-engineered innovative solutions generating both cost and programme efficiencies including off-site bathroom pods, utility cupboards and alternative balustrade and internal wall designs and products.
